Mach 2010
Last week we filmed for Delcam at Mach 2010. The week long event saw different machining software and makers showcasing their products to potential buyers. We went around the event speaking to people who use Delcam products with their machines. The video has now been edited and will be up on the Delcam TV site soon.
Bass 2010
For the last four years @Warblefly have been involved in the Bass festival and this year was no exception. We went along to the Midlands Arts Centre to film everyone as they came out of a screening of a film about jazz-fusion dancing. Along with getting everyone’s feedback we also filmed the launch and signing of a book that details the history of the dance style as well as being treated to some impromptu dancing from some of the guests.
National Pensioners Convention
This month saw the National Pensioners Convention happen in Blackpool. 1000s of pensioners arrived in the seaside town to hear talks and lectures on issues facing over 65s. We also had another interview with Dot Gibson who is the General Secretary for the National Pensioners Convention.
Dementia UK
Also for Age of Grace, we’ll be heading up to London on Thursday to speak to Dementia UK with one of our presenters, Eileen Chubb. We’ll be using the interview in our documentary to show what is being done for people with dementia.
